How can I customize the Bizify chat widget?

You can fully customize the look and feel of the Bizify chat widget from your AppifyCommerce dashboard.

Available Customization Options​

Widget Position​

Choose where the chat widget appears on your website:

  • Bottom Right (default)
  • Top Right
  • Bottom Left
  • Top Left

You can also nudge the button with the Horizontal space and Verticale space offsets.

Widget Appearance​

  • Select theme — Pick the button style.
  • Select image — Replace the button icon with your own image.
  • Corner radius — Control the roundness of the floating chat button.
  • Message highlight box design — Set padding, border radius and the background, font and shadow colours.

Message​

  • One Message field is shown in the chat bubble on your site and is pre-filled in the visitor's WhatsApp when they click the button. There is no separate welcome and pre-filled message.
  • Choose whether tapping the button opens the WhatsApp app directly (whatsapp://) or lets the visitor choose between the browser and the app (wa.me).

Steps to Customize​

  1. Log in to your AppifyCommerce dashboard.
  2. Go to the Bizify - WhatsApp Chat app settings.
  3. In the Apperance tab, adjust the widget theme, colours, position and message as needed.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Changes are reflected on your website immediately — no need to update the script.
