Does Bizify have an analytics dashboard?
No. Bizify - WhatsApp Chat does not track clicks or conversations, and there is no analytics screen in the dashboard. The app has two tabs only: Apperance and Tracking code.
How to measure chat button clicks
If you want to know how often visitors use the chat button, measure it with the analytics tool you already run on your site:
- Add Google Analytics (or a similar tool) to your website.
- Create a click event on the Bizify chat button element.
- Review that event in your analytics tool alongside your other traffic data.
What you can configure in Bizify
- The WhatsApp number the chat button opens.
- The message shown in the chat bubble, which is also pre-filled in the visitor's WhatsApp.
- The button theme, icon image, position and spacing.
