How do I set up the Accessibility App on my website?

The Accessibility App makes your website accessible to all users by adding a comprehensive accessibility widget. Here's how to set it up:

  1. Sign up at apps.appifycommerce.com and log in to your dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Accessibility App section.
  3. Configure your settings — choose widget position, default accessibility profiles and visual preferences.
  4. Copy the script snippet provided in the dashboard.
  5. Paste the script into your website's HTML, ideally in the <head> section or before the closing </body> tag.
  6. Click Save in the dashboard to activate the widget.

Once installed, the accessibility widget will appear on your website as a floating icon. Visitors can click it to open the accessibility panel and adjust settings to suit their needs.

After installation, click Save in the dashboard even if you haven't changed any settings. This step is required to inject the app code into your website.
