What do the ๐Ÿ‘ / ๐Ÿ‘Ž buttons on the try-on result do?

After each AI try-on, shoppers see a quick prompt to rate their result with ๐Ÿ‘ or ๐Ÿ‘Ž. It takes one tap (and shows a short thank-you), and it tells you how good your try-on results look to real customers.

Where do I see the results?โ€‹

Open the FitMagik Dashboard โ†’ Analytics. The Customer Satisfaction card shows:

  • Satisfaction rate โ€” the percentage of shoppers who gave a ๐Ÿ‘
  • ๐Ÿ‘ Loved it and ๐Ÿ‘Ž Not for me counts
  • Total ratings collected

Only shoppers who actually rate their result are counted, so a brand-new store may show no data until a few try-ons happen.

How to use itโ€‹

  • 80%+ is a strong score โ€” your products look great on real people. Lean into try-on in your product pages and marketing.
  • A lower score is an early signal to improve your product images (clear, front-facing, good lighting) or your photo-upload guidance, so the AI has better source images to work with.

It's the fastest way to spot which products build buying confidence โ€” and which need better imagery โ€” before it shows up in your sales numbers.

Do shoppers have to rate?โ€‹

No. The thumbs are optional and never block the try-on or checkout. Customers can save, share, or add the product to cart whether or not they leave a rating.
