How to Read Your Analytics Dashboard
The FitMagik analytics dashboard gives you a clear overview of how virtual try-on is performing on your store. Here's what each section means:
Try-ons This Month
Tracks how many virtual try-ons have been used against your current plan limit. This helps you understand usage patterns and decide if you need to upgrade.
Leads Captured
Shows the number of email addresses collected from customers who used the virtual try-on feature. These leads are valuable for remarketing and follow-up campaigns.
Customer Satisfaction
Shows how shoppers rated their try-on results using the thumbs up/down prompt on the result screen.
The metric includes:
- Satisfaction rate — thumbs up responses divided by total feedback responses
- Loved it — total thumbs up responses
- Not for me — total thumbs down responses
Only try-ons where shoppers submit feedback are counted. If a shopper skips the prompt, that try-on is not included in the satisfaction percentage.
Try-ons (7 Days)
Displays your recent activity trend over the last 7 days, helping you spot patterns in customer engagement with the try-on feature.
Current Plan
Shows your active plan and provides a quick link to upgrade if you're approaching your limits.
Usage Warnings
- Yellow banner (80%) — You've used 80% of your monthly try-on limit. Consider upgrading to avoid running out.
- Red banner (100%) — You've hit your monthly limit. The try-on button may stop appearing until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
Try-on History
View individual try-on results including:
- The product that was tried on
- The result image generated
- Timestamp of when the try-on occurred
This data helps you understand which products customers are most interested in trying on.
