The try-on button isn’t showing on my product pages. What should I do?

If the FitMagik try-on button is not appearing on your product pages, don’t worry—this is usually quick to fix. Please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the FitMagik app is installed and your subscription is active.

  2. Go to Settings in the app and click Customize in Theme Editor.

  3. Confirm that the FitMagik app block is added and enabled on your product template.

  4. Check that the product is a wearable item. The try-on button only appears for supported product types.

  5. Save your theme, then refresh the product page to apply the changes.
