The try-on button isn’t showing on my product pages. What should I do?

If the FitMagik try-on button is not appearing on your product pages, don't worry—this is usually quick to fix. Here are the most common causes and solutions:

1. Theme extension disabled in dashboard

Go to Settings → make sure "Enable Try-On Button" is toggled on.

2. Block not added to theme

Click "Add to Theme" on the dashboard — this will automatically add the FitMagik block to your active theme's product page template.

3. Product not wearable

FitMagik only shows the try-on button on wearable products — clothing, shoes, accessories, and bags. Non-wearable items like electronics, food, and furniture are automatically excluded.

4. Monthly limit reached

If your store has used all its monthly try-ons, the button may stop appearing. Check your usage on the Analytics Dashboard and consider upgrading your plan.

5. General checklist

  1. Make sure the FitMagik app is installed and your subscription is active.

  2. Confirm that the FitMagik app block is added and enabled on your product template.

  3. Save your theme, then refresh the product page to apply the changes.
