Refund Policy
At Appify Commerce, we strive to provide high-quality Shopify apps to enhance your online store. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our app, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable to users who have subscribed to our annual plan. Monthly plan subscriptions are non-refundable.

Annual Plan Refund Policy: If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. If you request a refund after several months, we will deduct the used months and refund the remaining balance. The refund amount will be calculated based on the time the app has been installed and used.

Example: If you purchased the annual plan for $39.99 on January 1st and request a refund on May 1st (after 4 months of usage), we will deduct the 4 months' cost ($3.99 per month x 4 months = $15.96). The remaining amount ($39.99 - $15.96 = $24.03) will be refunded.

Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@appifycommerce.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request, and if approved, the refund will be processed. The amount will be credited directly to your Shopify account within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation Policy

Subscription Services: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing period, and your access to the app will end at the end of the current cycle.

One-Time Purchases: You can cancel a one-time purchase within 24 hours, provided the app has not been downloaded or used. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
Limitations
- Refunds and cancellations apply only to the initial purchase or subscription.
- Renewals, additional services, or custom development work are not eligible for refunds.
- Purchases made during promotional periods or with discount codes are non-refundable.
