Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Appify Commerce, we are committed to delivering high-quality apps across platforms like Shopify, Magento, Ecwid, and WordPress. If you are not fully satisfied with your subscription, we offer a flexible refund and cancellation policy outlined below.


Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only to annual plan subscribers.
  • Monthly plan subscriptions are non-refundable.

Annual Plan Refund Conditions

  • If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, you will receive a 100% full refund.
  • For refund requests after 14 days, we will deduct charges for the months used and refund the remaining balance.

Example:
If you purchased an annual plan for $39.99 on January 1st and request a refund on May 1st (after 4 months of use), we will deduct the 4 months' usage:
$3.99 × 4 = $15.96
Refunded amount = $39.99 - $15.96 = $24.03

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@appifycommerce.com with:

  • Your order details
  • The reason for the refund

We will review and respond to your request as soon as possible.

Refund Timeline

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method or respective platform account (such as Shopify, Magento, Ecwid, or WordPress), depending on where the purchase was made.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Services

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next cycle, and your access will continue until the end of the current period.

One-Time Purchases

  • One-time purchases can be canceled within 24 hours, provided the app has not been downloaded or used.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours or after usage are not accepted.

Limitations

  • Refunds and cancellations apply only to the initial purchase or subscription.
  • Renewals, custom development, and add-on services are non-refundable.
  • Purchases made with discount codes or during promotions are non-refundable.
